The Leadership Team
This team will serve as the powerhouse behind Dreamhouse’s business operation in the 2025-2026 school year. This team will drive all non instructional functions from finance and facilities to compliance, logistics, and organizational systems ensuring the school runs with excellence and integrity. With a firm grip on strategic planning and execution, this team will be the engine behind every operational decision. At the same time, recognizing the deep intersection between academics and operations, the team will work hand-in-hand with instructional leaders to bring our educational model to life seamlessly, efficiently, and with unwavering commitment to student success.

Student Success
All aspects of Student Success including, but not limited to, special education, special supports, evaluations, behavior management and solutions, and overall partnership with parents and service providers will flow through the Student Success Team. Grade level members of the Student Success Team, Coaches will work to better understand the needs, strengths, assets, behaviors, and developmental strategies needed to support our students.
